New: Production of white olives
We are pleased to announce the production of a new variety of white olives. This variety is known to be fruity and sweeter than other traditional olive varieties. It’s important to note that white olives are typically used for producing olive oil and are not intended for consumption as table olives.
Our goal with the introduction of the white olive into our production is to create a new olive oil that combines the traditional classic olive with the white variety. This blended olive oil will offer our clients a unique flavor, combining the best characteristics of both varieties.
